FITNESS AND FIGHTING PROGRAM
This program has been created by Top Martial Arts Academy head instructor “John Ibrahim”, it is a martial arts-based fitness workout.
This workout is a mix of many martial arts and fitness moves, using kicks, punches, elbows, knees, and many other fitness moves in a special way to get a nice body shape and learn self-defence as well, and that is what makes this Program unique.
Fitness and Fighting is a combined Fitness and Self-Defence program developed on the fundamentals of Martial Arts
This routine allows people to enjoy sports and gain more benefits than any other fitness routine or Martial Art, you will enjoy the music, improve body shape and may assist further with body weight goals, whilst learning practical self-defence through a smart, easy and enjoyable method in each training session. This routine has been modified from our traditional Martial Art techniques to integrate a more practical Martial Art in a fun and effective way allowing you to improve your fitness and endurance level.
