External Kung Fu:

Principles & Strategy: Learn the core principles of combat, along with fighting strategies and practical applications.

Sparring (Optional): Experience real-world applications of your training with optional sparring sessions.

Internal Kung Fu:

Breathing Exercises: Harness the power of your breath with advanced breathing techniques.

Monkey & Tiger Forms: Master unique movement patterns like the Monkey Squad and Tiger Steps, along with their variations.

Combat Techniques & Five Elements Fist: Learn intricate combat techniques and the powerful Five Elements Fist.

Fighting Monkey Set: Train with the dynamic 4 Hammers Fighting Monkey Set for a complete internal Kung Fu experience.

Qigong Training (Soft & Hard):

Soft Qigong: Includes self-massage, energy showers, relaxation methods, and deep breathing exercises.

Hard Qigong: Master the 18 Lohan Gong Fist for powerful internal energy cultivation.
